Refund Policy of Jeevan Prakash Paramedical College

General Terms
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the college administration via email or the official contact form.
The refund policy applies only to fees paid for courses and programs offered by Jeevan Prakash Paramedical College.
Refunds will be processed as per the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund
A refund will only be granted if the request meets the criteria outlined in this policy:

Course Withdrawal (Before Commencement):
If a student withdraws from the course before the course commencement date, they are eligible for a full refund of the course fees minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable.

Course Withdrawal (After Commencement):
If a student withdraws from the course after it has commenced but before the completion of the first 10% of the course duration, a 50% refund will be issued.

Refund After 10% of Course Duration:
No refund will be provided once more than 10% of the course duration has passed.

Exceptional Cases:
In case of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances, Jeevan Prakash Paramedical College may, at its discretion, grant a partial refund or deferment of the course. Supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates) will be required for such requests.

Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
– Application fees
– Registration fees
– Examination fees
Any other fees specified as non-refundable in the course details

Refund Process
Refund requests should be submitted to the administration office either via email or the official online contact form.
Once the refund request is approved, the processing time will typically take 7-15 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise specified.

Course Cancellations by Jeevan Prakash Paramedical College
In the event that a course or program is canceled by Jeevan Prakash Paramedical College due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid for the course. Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to another course offered by the College.

Dispute Resolution
In the case of any dispute regarding the refund policy or its implementation, students can contact the college administration for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal channels, the student may seek legal recourse through the local jurisdiction courts.

Amendment of Refund Policy
Jeevan Prakash Paramedical College reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. All changes will be communicated via the official website, and the updated policy will apply to all new enrollments.
